How to apply:
 
Apply two coat of gel polish.
Apply our top coat "Supreme Shine" Dry for 30 sec.
With your finger tip take a bit of the effect and rub it on top of the nail.
With our "flower brush" clean the excess gently 
(I recommend to file the edges) before applying the top coat and dry for 60 sec.
